Study with us
Our school brings together academics from across political, international, and development disciplines.
Much of our work is highly international in orientation, and our academic expertise covers all the main regions of the world.
Should you consider postgraduate research?
PhD student Ben Docherty worked for a few years after completing a Masters in the US. Yet, in 2012, he decided to return to academia and chose Leeds for his postgraduate research degree.
Whilst studying for my MA I applied for a 5 month internship with the British NGO Development in Action (DIA).
I was accepted as intern to a researcher in the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation unit of one of DIA's partner organisations, Seva Mandir in Udaipur, India.
