Dr Cristina Stefan delivers lectures on Humanitarian Intervention and the Responsibility to Protect at military training in Qatar

Dr Cristina Stefan, Co-Director of the European Centre for the Responsibility to Protect (ECR2P) and Lecturer in International Relations, delivered several lectures on “Humanitarian Intervention”, “International Humanitarian Law” and “The Responsibility to Protect” as part of military training sessions in Doha, Qatar in November.

The lectures took place at the Officers’ Training Institute (OTI) of the College and Institutes Authority, and was part of the Training Institute’s Joint Operational Planning (Commanders’) Course.

This is the second time in Dr Stefan has been invited to contribute to training at the Institute, having also visited in February 2016.
