Professor Rory Miller is Director of the Middle East & Mediterranean Studies Programme at King's College London. 

A native of Dublin, Ireland, he is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin (BA, History), and King's College London (MA War Studies, PhD).

His research, teaching and supervision focuses on External Intervention in the Middle East; Europe and the Arab-Israeli Conflict; Euro-Arab economic relations; The socio-economic development of the Gulf-Cooperation Council (GCC); Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Middle East; Irish foreign policy; and the economic development of Small States. He is the author or editor of 8 books and many scholarly articles and has written widely in policy publications and the international media, including Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, The New Republic, The Wall Street Journal, The Jerusalem Post and The National (Abu Dhabi).
